A TESTIMONIAL FROM OUR LAST CLEANSE

I am going to do it again in October!

I love how easy you all made it by dropping the food and having everything organized. The food was amazing! I thought that there was plenty of food. I lost a couple pounds early on and didn’t want to lose more so then I just added an avocado to my diet and stabilized. Your Chia pudding is amazing! I have made it before but for some reason it never turned out like yours. :)

I really liked the emails each morning they were super helpful. I liked looking forward to the menu and also the tips and notes that you and Lisa put together.

The recipes were super inspiring and opened my mind to other options that I had not thought of before. When I went to the market yesterday I got some shishito peppers, mushrooms, some sweet peppers and other things that I have not picked up in a long time mainly because I haven’t thought of them. Seeing how you put ingredients together give me a lot of ideas and inspiration.

I generally have a big sweet tooth and when  I saw Lisa I told her I’ve been suffering from some hives from excessive fungal activity. The cleanse completely got rid of them and I’m still not craving sugar as much as I used to which is awesome.

Even after a few days I noticed my skin looked better - fine lines and wrinkles lessening and skin had a better glow.

I would recommend this cleanse, 1000% :)

Loved it!

Sarah Korpela
